Conduits (2024) - Full Film - 15:42
A triple booked Conference Hall leads to three speakers attempting to engage a disparate audience in their own topic - ‘The Reverie’ Illustrates their belief in the importance of giving dreams a title card, ‘The Judge’ hosts a local vegetable moulding competition, and ‘The Director’ aims to recruit and train new members into an ‘experience’ based marketing scheme.
Digitally collaging & re-sculpting handcrafted coloured-pencil works within 3D software to create environments, objects and costumes - ‘Conduits’ considers the tenuous nature of memory, collective thought and mental solitude, depicting experience in unexpected and familiar forms.
